• Who runs the studio?

  My name is Raúl Cano, Web Developer and Indie Maker based in Lisbon. In my free time, I build products for myself. You can learn more about me here

• How do we communicate and manage the project?

  Zenex uses Slack for communication and project management, and Notion for internal documentation and project tracking. If necessary, Zenex can also use the client's preferred communication tools.

• How quickly will I get some work done?

  It depends on the project. Zenex's will provide you with a timeline and a project plan before starting the project. Zenex's will also keep you updated on the progress of the project and will be available to answer any questions you may have.

• Are there any refunds?

  Unfortunately, not. Because of the intense creative demands for delivering top-notch design and development within tight timeframes and the thorough research invested to achieve the best outcomes, Zenex's cannot provide our services without compensation.

If, after our initial discussion, it turns out that our services do not align with your needs and no work has been initiated, rest assured that you are eligible for a 100% refund.
